Our order management team will make an order confirmation call before initiating the delivery process.

When you will not have the right to cancel:
You will not have benefit from the right to cancel an Order for the following conditions:
- After the confirmation of Order Management Call.
- Made to Order, Customized or Bespoke Products.
NB: If the Order has already been shipped and you yet wish to Cancel the order, you will need to pay the delivery and return charge to the delivery person or via mobile banking.
Delivery Delay
Bad Weather, High Volume Order, Social Unrest, Strike or any Inevitable Circumstances may cause Delivery Delay.
If there is any significant delay occurs in shipment of your order, our team will contact you.
Return Policy
Leath'Art wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are somehow not satisfied with the order you may return the parcel depending on the following conditions:
Condition Under Which We Accept Returns:
- Defective or Damaged Products
- Wrong Item Shipped
- Product Not as Described
- Different Color
- Not Original Leather
Return Procedure Must Involve The Following Conditions:
- The parcel must be checked & returned before Delivery Person.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging including any tags, labels, security seals, invoice or warranty cards etc.
- Has to be unused and in brand-new condition.
- Product should not have any damage, alterations, washing or signs of wear and tear.
